Together with Children’s HopeChest—a ministry dedicated to holistic, long-term care for vulnerable children—we extend Christ’s love beyond our walls. This partnership empowers children with emotional care, education, discipleship, and the assurance that someone believes in their God-given potential.

Nestled in a municipality where over half the population lives below the poverty line and nearly half of children under five are chronically malnourished, our Poaquil CarePoint brings holistic transformation—offering nutritious meals, quality education, vocational training, and discipleship—to vulnerable kids and their families. This ministry, part of a 15-year roadmap, equips the community to break poverty cycles and flourish in the hope secured in Jesus.

What Your Sponsorship Provides
When you choose a sponsorship level, you’re investing in a child’s whole life—body, mind, and spirit. Specifically, your gift underwrites:
Direct Care & Basic Needs:
- Nutritious meals (often twice weekly) plus deworming treatments and vitamins
- Routine health check-ups and immunizations, basic medical care partnerships
Educational Support:
- School supplies, uniforms, and academic tutoring sessions
- Literacy programs and English classes to expand future opportunities
Emotional & Spiritual Development:
- Discipleship classes where local believers share Christ’s love through word and deed
- Emotional health & wellness programming to help children overcome trauma and build resilience
Relationship & Encouragement:
- Regular, translated letter exchanges between you and your sponsored child
- Prayer support and ongoing mentorship that reminds them: “Someone believes in me.”

- Sponsors commit for the educational or vocational journey—often 15 + years—walking alongside each child through key growing stages

- 80% directs to CarePoint impact, programming, and staffing—covering physical needs and program implementation.
- 20% supports Children’s HopeChest’s operational costs: financial reporting, accountability, and partnership development.
