Music is powerful. It has the unique ability to connect us deeply with the heart of God. At Redemption Hill, our goal is to create an atmosphere each Sunday that inspires genuine worship, heartfelt praise, and transformative encounters with Jesus. Through carefully chosen songs rooted in sound theology, we aim to teach and remind each other of who God is and the amazing things He has done for us. Worship has changed our lives, and our prayer is that you would experience the same life-changing hope and joy through worship.
Our Mission
The Redemption Hill Worship Team exists to wholeheartedly please God with our musical and production talents, while shepherding others into His presence. Every note played, lyric sung, and light illuminated is an offering of praise designed to draw our church family closer to Christ.

Every aspect of our Sunday services—from lighting and sound to capturing moments through cameras—is an intentional act of worship. Our production team seeks to enhance our worship experiences, creatively capturing and communicating the message and heart of each service. Through excellence in production, we hope to inspire others toward the hope that is found only in Jesus Christ.
Joining the production team is a wonderful way to cultivate your creativity and artistic abilities, all for God's glory. Whether you're experienced or new to production, your skills and passion have a valuable place here.
Daily Worship
True worship begins long before Sunday. Our time on stage or behind the soundboard is an overflow of our daily walk with Jesus. We seek to be a team that spends time with God every day, allowing our personal worship to shape our public praise.
“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” — John 15:5
Being Present in Church
We worship together—whether we’re serving or sitting in the congregation. Each member is encouraged to be fully present, participating with joy and excellence, and spurring one another on toward love and good works.
“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together… but encouraging one another.” — Hebrews 10:24–25
Practice and Preparation
We serve a God worthy of our best. Preparation—both spiritual and practical—is an act of worship. We rehearse, refine, and ready our hearts so that what we offer on Sunday honors Him and blesses others.
“Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully with a shout of joy.” — Psalm 33:3
If you're passionate about music, theology, and community—regardless of your current skill level—we'd love for you to join our worship team.
